Foundation hosts 10th Anniversary Dinner

The Sir Simon Milton Foundation hosted a spectacular gala dinner at The Londoner hotel in Leicester Square on Monday 7th November. The evening was held in celebration of the tenth anniversary of the charity, which was set up in 2012 following the untimely death of Simon Milton in 2011.

More than 300 guests were welcomed with a champagne reception, followed by a sumptuous three course meal in the Ballroom and dancing to the All New Blues and Soul Revue, a Blues BrothersTM tribute band.

The event was a huge success, raising over £118,000.

Matthew Sykes, Chief Executive of the Foundation said: “We are so grateful to everyone who donated so generously and made the event possible. All monies raised from the event will go directly towards the Foundation’s programmes to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst older people in Westminster and getting young people in to work through training and education.”
